I don’t see any harm of getting down and letting everything go away from your hands. Yes, I don’t see any harm… Maybe it’s just your destiny or something you had to live, but…

Vodafone Group told Tuesday that it’s signed an agreement with Apple Inc. to sell the iPhone in ten of its markets. Starting later in 2008 Vodafone will offer the iPhone in Australia, the Czech Republic, Egypt, Greece, Italy, India, Portugal, New Zealand, South Africa and Turkey.

First of all, I was in Bahrain for 5 days. I went with my friend to see another friend who’s working there as an long-time intern in DHL. It was very exciting and also seemed very different after all the trips to Europe, especially. After inspecting the Arab world and lifestyle, I can easily tell you that I’m very surprised and fascinated. It’s a very small island on the east of the Arabian peninsula and in the middle of the Gulf and it’s very liberal compared to Saudi Arabia and because of that this little island is very popular in the Gulf area. According the residents, Kingdom of Bahrain has a weekly income of approx. 2 mil. $ from the Arabian tourists.

Anyway, it was a great holiday and it was even relaxing. After returning back to home, I got sick, which I couldn’t recover since 10 days. Because of that, I have no will to do anything, lost my appetite etc. You know how these illnesses are.

Whatever, I’ll post some other things this weekend to catch up with the latest news of the internet world and make you happy.

I wanted to share a short text part of Derek Taylor from his book “Fifty Years Adrift” which made me very impressed. Please read the excitement and enthusiasm of the people that time!

Then the theatre went wild. First aid men and police – men in the stalls, women mainly in the balcony – taut and anxious, patrolled the aisles, one to every three rows.Many girls fainted. Thirty were gently carried out, protesting in their hysteria, forlorn and wretched in an unrequited love for four lads who might have lived next door.

The stalls were like a nightmare March Fair. No one could remain seated. Clutching each other, hurling jelly babies at the stage, beating their brows, the youth of Britain’s second city surrendered themselves totally.”
